Matthew
26:1 And it came to pass, when Jesus had finished all these sayings, he said unto his disciples,
26:2 Ye know that after two days is [the feast of] the passover, and the Son of man is betrayed to
be crucified.
26:3 Then assembled together the chief priests, and the scribes, and the elders of the people, unto
the palace of the high priest, who was called Caiaphas,
26:4 And consulted that they might take Jesus by subtlety, and kill [him].
26:5 But they said, Not on the feast [day], lest there be an uproar among the people.
26:14 Then one of the twelve, called Judas Iscariot, went unto the chief priests,
26:15 And said [unto them], What will ye give me, and I will deliver him unto you? And they
covenanted with him for thirty pieces of silver.
26:16 And from that time he sought opportunity to betray him.
Mark
14:1 After two days was [the feast of] the passover, and of unleavened bread: and the chief
priests and the scribes sought how they might take him by craft, and put [him] to death.
14:2 But they said, Not on the feast [day], lest there be an uproar of the people.
14:10 And Judas Iscariot, one of the twelve, went unto the chief priests, to betray him unto
them.
14:11 And when they heard [it], they were glad, and promised to give him money. And he sought how he
might conveniently betray him.
